Northwest and Delta have already announced their merger. Now you can link your frequent flier accounts between the two and transfer miles back and forth. They’ll even give you 500 Skymiles for doing it by March 15th.

If you haven’t done it already, you really should apply for a Northwest Airlines visa both personal(with no annual fee) and business (no annual fee for first year).

You can earn 20,000 Northwest miles for each. I’m pretty sure these offers won’t last very long.
