@LH F was a horrible experience for me. I didn’t have high expectations on NRT-FRA on the A380 in F but wow did it leave me disappointed! The fact that the purser was horrible as well is rather disappointing.

Poor coach, poor business and a disgustingly poor First product (AA) compared to an average coach, semi-average to good business and a fantastic First product (Lufthansa)
