With the popularity of smartphones in the world and with the unlimited availability of social media networks and apps, it is quite common to see folks walking down the street staring directly at their phone rather than actually watching where they’re going.
A couple of enterprising folks in Sweden decided to create faux traffic signs, warning cars, bikes, and other pedestrians of these dangerous people.
The reaction, thus far, has been bemusement by those around the people on their phones. The targeted audiences, of course, are too busy looking at their phones to notice.
So far the authorities in Sweden haven’t taken the signs down. If you’re going to visit Sweden, just remember to watch out for the distracted pedestrians roaming the streets of Sweden.
