United Airlines has been in the news quite a bit recently regarding how they seem incapable of handling people’s pets in a professional way. It includes rerouting a plane because a dog was put on the wrong flight, having a dog die while being stuck in an overhead bin, and sending a dog to Japan instead of Kansas City. All of those incidents happened in the past week.
