*The first 750 individuals to sign up with the last name ‘Green’ or ‘Greene’ are eligible to receive a $250 Frontier Airlines travel voucher for a free (up to the $250 covered by the voucher) flight between valid for domestic travel within the continental US thought May 26, 2021. Those who meet the above requirements and would like to travel during the eligible dates, must complete an entry form at https://bit.ly/3uVnrxs. Frontier airlines will then contact entrants to confirm eligibility and provide the flight voucher upon such confirmation.
