If you got to the credit card offer you shloud be good to go. I only got the 60k offer to show up, but some people have gotten the better 80k point offer.
Response from their web help, after several attempts, they’re just not going to budge:

This special offer is valid from 27 January 2010 until 30 April 2010. For your convenience, we have attached the Terms and Conditions: Must be a Priority Club® Rewards member to participate. 500 bonus points will be awarded upon toolbar download then 1,000 bonus points will be awarded for any qualifying stay up to 30 April 2010. Allow 4 weeks upon registration for 500 bonus points to be posted to your account. 1,000 bonus points will be posted along with the qualifying stay. Airline miles-earners will receive points. Only one room per member will be awarded the applicable points. Kindly advised members would only qualify if they are intended recipients of the said promotion.
