Denmark is closing it’s border starting tomorrow, Saturday the 14th of March at 12:00pm local time. It will open again 13th of April, 2020.
Only Danish citizens will be able to cross the border. Both military and police will be in place to help secure the border.
Effective Saturday 14 March, temporary border control will expand to include all of Denmark’s borders, to curb the spread of #COVID19. Persons wishing to enter Denmark will be rejected at the Danish borders, unless they have a worthy purpose for entering: https://t.co/5RRGLTzIjb

The only people allowed into Denmark will be:
Danish citizens
Those working or living in Denmark
Those delivering good to Denmark
Those collecting goods from Denmark
Those with visitation rights to children in Denmark
Those visiting extremely sick family members in Denmark
Other reasons for visiting will be assessed on a case by case business
Ordinary visits to family members will not be a sufficient reason to enter Denmark
I feel like this is the first of many more border closings to come.
