A man in Indonesia on his way to Saudi Arabia was stopped from boarding a plane after one of the security checkpoints noticed something strange. He was stopped and searched and it turns out that he had ten live pythons stuffed in his pants.
It appears he was looking to smuggle the snakes into Saudi Arabia to sell them.
While most folks will immediately think of “Snakes on a Plane” movie from 2006…
My mind instead goes to an obscure skit on Saturday Night Live from February 1998 featuring John Goodman where poisonous snakes get loose on a plane and take out the entire cast.
