The star of “Naked Chef” , Jamie Oliver , has been forced to close 22 of his 25 restaurants in the United Kingdom.

The only surviving restaurants are Jamie Oliver’s Diner and his Italian restaurants located at the Gatwick Airport. Sadly, over 1000 employees will be affected as well.

I first heard about Jamie Oliver on his U.S. TV show talking about the unhealthiness of the school lunches.

I also remember watching his shows about 15 minute meals

The restaurant business can be an awfully competitive place and Jamie Oliver shows that even being a celebrity chef does not ensure a long and healthy restaurant career. Here’s to hoping that Jamie can make a comeback.
